Supply and Demand Imbalance of Beautiful Homes

If given the choice, people would buy beautiful homes rather than simple looking homes or even ugly homes. Right now, there is a supply and demand imbalance. There are many beautiful homes on the market for sale for very low prices, yet there are few buyers interested in seeing them.

The supply of beautiful homes far exceeds the demand by potential buyers.

With so many layoffs, they aren’t going to be even more beautiful homes on the market that the number of buyers would not increase by much. Some buyers are taking advantage of the current low interest rates on mortgages as well as low prices on homes.

Is Medical Insurance Billing Difficult?

My friend is trying to find a new career field to get into, and she has asked me for some advice. However, I am not too sure what to tell her. She really doesn’t have a lot of skills. Is medical insurance billing difficult? I was thinking that the training for this isn’t too long, and it looks like it is probably pretty routine, so I think that might be something she would be good at. She doesn’t have the time or money to go to a four year college, so I can suggest any careers that would require that.
