If you plan to hold a staff meeting in your place of work, you need to make sure that it is in a room that there is enough space to fit all of the employees. Some refreshments are also a good idea, even if it is just coffee and cookies. If it will be a working meeting, you will also need some functional business conference furniture so that people have the room they need to get the job done. As a manager, when I run my weekly staff meetings, I have noticed my employees are always more productive and ready to contribute when they are comfortable.

When my husband and I decided to build a Koi fish pond, we needed ideas on what other people do with theirs. We wanted to make it creative but keep it in line with what is best for the Koi. We checked out some Koi Pond pictures online and got some great ideas for our landscape and pond. Naturally, since we wanted ours to be unique and not soe copycat pond, we used a combination of designs we looked at and made a few of our own personal adjustments. Once we had everything in place and all our “ducks in a row”, we were ready to stock our pond with those beautiful Koi fish.
