now what you are completely spent on material to write and your hands are in a little bit of pain well let me think it is kind of funny looking at the small amount of stationary on my desk i have a paper (Acekard faq) clip holder and no clips a pen holder and only one little lame pen and hot pink sticky it notes and no notes on them a business style desk phone and no one to call because everyone is in ear shot of me sitting directly behind me but at least i got a window view of the parking lot.

Do you ever wake up in the middle of the night and just can’t fall backasleep? Well it happened to me the other night. It was four in themorning, so I decided to go for an early morning run. During my run, Idiscover a strong appealing stench. It was either pancakes or waffles. Itmade me crave pancakes. So after I got home, I looked into my recipe bookmy mother has passed down to me. After a few minutes of flipping throughthe book, I finally found what I was looking for: the pancake recipes.There were several different ones, but I only liked one of them, the onethat only consisted of three ingredients. Maybe it didn’t hurt to wake upearly.

A man sought his medical care from his family doctor, a general practitioner. While the doctor performed screening PSA testing, he failed to follow up on readings of 5.95, 5.33 and 7.03 over a sixteen month period. A reading above a 4.0 is generally considered to be high and to require further action, such as diagnostic testing. Instead, the doctor told the man that the results were normal for a man his age. The man eventually went to a urologist at the urging of a family member. The urologist diagnosed him with prostate cancer. At 64, the cancer had spread beyond the prostate into the seminal vesicles. Once the cancer spreads beyond the prostate it is no longer considered curable. The law firm handling the case reported it settled for $1,500,000.
