A few days ago, my wife came home from work and she was fuming. I asked her why she was so mad and she told me that a lot of the teachers that she works with keep getting on these new diets. They all found some diets to go reviews online and were all hyped up to get started on their new plan. Mostly it just annoys my wife because they’ll talk about getting on these diet plans and then they don’t commit. And as soon as the hype wears off of the first one, they get all hyped up about a new diet plan.

I am really into my health lately. I have started to pay attention to every product out there that claims it can be beneficial to my health. I think this started happening when I turned forty and realized, probably for the first time in my life, that I am mortal. I especially love watching Dr. Mehmet Oz on Oprah. I make sure to tune in and watch the entire episode whenever he is on because I always come away knowing about some knew product that will benefit my overall health in many ways. Plus, I think he is a very entertaining speaker.

My cousin Bart has been living over in Japan for the past eight years. He originally went over there to study business and became enamored with the culture. He eventually married a nice Japanese girl and settle down over there. Last week he called me up on the telephone to ask me my opinion about starting a business online.
