A friend recently mentioned she was considering her own medical transcription business. Having worked as a full time employee and contracted for several years she has decided that it is time to go out on her own. Starting a medical transcription business doesn’t require a fortune because you can build the business step by step from your own home. Clients can be taken on board on an initial part time basis and additional staff can be taken on when the business expands. One of the benefits of a service based business is that you avoid the high upfront start up costs that are conventionally associated with capital intensive based business models.

When I found out that I was pregnant, I was so excited! We hadn’t been planning for it, but my husband and I were delighted. We started looking at what we were eating, and I realized that I probably needed to cut down on some of the junk food and soda. My husband suggested that I go online and do a quick search for Proper Nutrition For Pregnancy, and I found a site that gave me a lot of good information. Some of the recipes I found were delicious, and the extra protein gave me energy when I needed it most. Only a few more months to go!

My roommate, Jane had trouble sleeping again last night. She said the room was too “stuffy”, but I guess the real problem was that the air was too humid after the rain. The ventilation in our room is not good and we can’t help it. However, we are thinking of getting a dehumidifier to remove some of that dampness. Jane is researching for the right dehumidifier online and she is trying to figure out what is the best after reading those dehumidifier reviews. I prefer to shop for clothes rather then buying some kitchen or home appliances, so I leave that to Jane. Wow, we seem to blow our budget by buying a lot of new items in our house this month.

I don’t have any credit and I don’t know if I will be able to get a car. Last week I went to a dealer here in San Antonio and I was told that there are some places that I could do to get a loan but I’m not really sure if they will accept me with not having any credit at all. It seems to be that bad credit auto finance can be easier to get them when you don’t have any credit. My dad told me that I may have to wait and get a credit card or maybe a secure prepaid credit card before I am able to get a loan for a car.

The medical office that I work in has been trying to find a niche. There are so many different choices for people that we want to stand out. We have been thinking that being a more green office might attract more people. So we are going through things one by one. I am hoping to find environmentally friendly specimen containers. I noticed that ours are not marked for recycling. They are just made out of plastic, so it seems like there must be some out there that would fit the criteria of being more environmentally friendly. Then we can move on to some other things.
