When my nephew had a problem with not going regular, he was afraid to tell anyone. As a young man he did not want to talk to his parents about it. So when he was at my house one day and a commercial came on about cleansing and how it could help you, he commented that maybe he needed that. So we had a talk and I found this great offer for a free trial colon cleanse online I could order for him to try. I had it sent to my house so he can keep his big secret. It makes me laugh what they worry about anyone knowing. Yet, when it really is important stuff they do not care who knows. Very odd if you ask me.

Katy wasn’t feeling well this morning, so we spent the bulk of the day snuggling in the rocking chair. Poor little thing. She didn’t seem to have a fever, but I could tell she was unwell. She dozed off and on most of the morning.
I couldn’t do much other than comfort her and watch videos. Nice that we got the server hooked up to the home theatre system so I could catch up on videos from the Web. I’d gotten way behind on podcast listening and watching as well, so it was nice to catch up.
By evening, she was much better. Not sure if we’ll keep her home again tomorrow or not.

One of America’s most successful and helpful entrepreneurs is also one of it’s least known businessmen. Unlike other business moguls who thrive off of building an empire for themselves and letting the world know about it, Fuad El-Hibri is quietly concerned with making the world a better place. As a leader in the bio-medical field and Chief Executive Officer of Emergent BioSolutions, he is truly invested in projects that make a difference. His company pursues treatments for diseases that cause problems worldwide. He’s on the leading edge of anthrax prevention, and he’s also investigating treatments for tuberculosis, typhoid, and hepatitis B. These things are certainly more needed than skyscrapers and real estate projects! This businessman is quietly concerned about the greater good.

I used to keep in shape by lifting weights regularly, but after graduating from college, beginning my career, getting married, and starting a family, I had very little time left for myself. Over the years I gained a few pounds here and there until I realized that I was extremely overweight. Not only was I out of shape, I had grown a set of “man boobs”. The last time my family and I went to the beach it was very embarrassing for me to go swimming. I went home determined to rid myself of the excess fatty glandular tissue through whatever means possible. Through research on the Internet, I found there is a procedure called Gynecomastia Surgery that can reduce enlarged male breasts. This is done by a plastic surgeon on an outpatient basis. But in my case where gynecomastia is caused by excessive weight gain, the best solution is diet and exercise. I have decided to go that route first and if I am not satisfied with the results then I will consider the surgery.
