If you think you are alone in this economy, you are wrong. One of the worst parts of having significant debt is feeling embarrassed and isolated. What you might not have realized is that there are many people in your life who are going through the same thing. No one likes to discuss such tough issues. Over the past year I have found out that one of my students had to secure an individual voluntary arrangement. My cousin filed for bankruptcy. My brother-in-law had his car repossed. All of that makes me feel so much more suppored in my massive credit card debt. Just remember - you aren’t the only one.

A friend of mine called me a few weeks ago, and he told me that he had found a new company that he wanted to invest in called BCST. I told him that I had been on Ian Cassel’s website, and I didn’t think that it was going to be a good investment, unless things really picked up over there. He told me that, like Ian, he had a lot of faith in them, and he felt that they would pick up sooner or later. Either way, he knew that their technology was through the roof, and he would make a big sale eventually.

Many agents who deal in real estate would say that in spite of the general reduction in income made from the sector, there is a part of the real estate sector that boasts sales as regularly as before the housing slump. This part is the luxury home market, which happens to be a minute part of the sector, but caters to a small sector of the population also. This small sector fortunately is the very wealthy sector of the population. The luxury real estate business requires a whole lot of care from the real estate agents, since they might need to advertise nationally and internationally for maximum exposure to possible clients.

What was Sir Alex Ferguson playing at when he put out a weakened team recently against Sunderland? At the home of the Premiership Champions, Manchester United-Theatre of Dreams we expect to see United come out playing attacking attarctive football, but that certainly wasn’t the case against their north east opposition. Why on earth did Fergie field a side that looked inept, found it difficult to cross the ball, and looked very vulnerable at the back? A draw just is not good enough against a side halfway down the table. We need 3 points whenever we play, and should not be taking other teams for granted.
