Every time I talk to my friend, she tells me how she worked out three to four hours at the gym that day. Is she trying to kill herself? I understand that she wants to lose weight, but she hasn’t gone to the gym at all for the past year. She can’t jump into it this hard. The last time I saw her, I told her that she needs to give me a call so that I can tell her some things my certifed personal trainer tells me. According to him, eighty percent of losing weight is diet. Working out is fine, but she needs to tone it down a little bit and concentrate a little more on what she eats.

I have often wondered why men don’t rock. Have you ever seen a man in a Rocking Chair? I have, but most don’t rock. They just sit there. I have no idea why they don’t use the chair for what it is meant to be used as. I asked my son once and he told me that it makes him tired. I also asked my grandfather once and he said it hurts to rock, as he has some back problems. They were two very different age ranges, so I decided to ask my boyfriend why he never rocks the chair and he told me because it scares him. That made me laugh, but it seems to be a mystery to me as to why most men don’t like to rock.

When I was watching television last month, I saw a man advertising a pair of gloves that could improve your golf game. I am a very sceptical person, so I did not watch too closely. there is no way that a glove can help you play golf better. Or that is what I was thinking at the time. I have since been researching the subject, and found that there is indeed a glove that does just that. They are golf glove training aids, and they are really supposed to work. I know I want to get a pair and see just how great they really are.
