With the VIP membership, Medifast will ship my order of $200 or more free of charge to anywhere in the Continental United States. If I choose to not have the VIP membership I can get half price shipping on orders of $275 or more. Nutrisystem has free shipping with their auto renewal program, but I have to spend $299.95 each month to get this discount. I felt that the Medifast diet plan gave me more options to choose what I want to order and save money in the process.
