I know now that I should have listened to my parents. They saw things in Sean that I did not. I guess I must have been blinded by my love for him. Anyway, the marriage never even got off the ground. He was in and out of our relationship almost immediately. Since he would not even consider marriage counseling, it didn’t take long to read the writing on the wall. Soon he was completely gone, and I was alone and divorced. Now I am ready to consider another relationship, but before I do I want to know if there is any dating advice after divorce that I should heed. I suppose that I am pretty vulnerable right now, and I guess I need to be rather careful.
