On Guard

Have you noticed that men when walking down the street often times have women on there left hand side? Have you ever wondered why that would be? I have, so I asked why.

I was told that it was in case of attack. Many men, back in the olden days would carry there sword on there left side. They could then draw the sword with there right hand and push the woman back with there left hand.

Have you noticed that left hand drive cars have evolved from this. It is amazing something that we take for granted today has such an important reasoning. Like walking down the street or driving a car.
