Where to find a good Car Insurance compay

I finally found a good job and have saved up enough money to buy my first new car.  But now that I’m not covered under my parents, I had a hard time finding a Car Insurance company.  I figured that I would just search online to see if I could find anything, but even then I wasn’t sure if it was just a good deal or not.  So I did the only thing I could think of: I asked everyone in my family and even all my co-workers to recommend their companies.  I was surprised to hear that many didn’t really know anything about their insurance.
