An outside perspective on training

One of the hardest thing to find in the recruiting industry is good training. Most of the people that are good at it do not want to share their secrets because if you know what they do you are then able to compete for the placements. I was pretty good at recruiting but wanted to be better. It was no long before I figured out that my boss really had no idea what had to be done to be a better recruiter. I did convince her to purchase a set of recruiter training dvds to help me improve my skills. Having an outside perspective really helped.
