Choose hotels with reservation software

What is the single most annoying thing that could happen to you when you arrive at a hotel for your stay? Hands down, it has to be when they mess up your reservation. You take the trouble to include important details in your reservation, and then some hotels bungles the whole thing!
It doesn’t have to be this way, but you need to be ready to stand up and choose only hotels that use reservation software. If we don’t take a stand and protest the non-use of reservation software, then these sub-standard hotels will think they they can get away with anything. Then where will it end?
