The old days of chiropractic marketing was long gone.  The communication was all one-way.  It means that when you market your products or services to the people, getting feedback was difficult then.  Therefore, it was impossible to get patients and referrals or it would usually take too long for your office phone to ring and get patients.

The Internet has revolutionized how people communicate these days which is good news for marketers.  We all know that communication is very important to keep loyal patients and get referrals.  So, part of your chiropractic marketing strategy is to communicate with them through emails, newsletters, or blogs.  It is a very simple strategy yet very effective.
