Dealing With The Incompetent Superior

Everybody knows he does not have the technical or emotional resources to be in the position. Compromise the results of the team and difficulty to recognize the talent of the group stiffening the career of everyone. He is not clear and is often aggressive.
How to deal with him:
There is no way to teach this kind of person, neither in a delicate way, regardless of your public speaking abilities. He is a hard kind, because any kind attempt to talk or reconciliation is faced by him as an aggression. And in return he will act in defensive. The way out is to keep evidences of everything you do that his incompetence does not affects you. And be patient until you get transferred to another department or change of job.
