All activities for team building involves a few basic ideas. These days, there are many privately owned companies located everywhere in the world that helps in arranging, setting up, as well as actively playing games, using the employees to fulfill the purpose. They do not charge a lot and give good support. Having team building, like having DC Scavenger Hunt, can develop a sense of belongingness and cooperation. Management must realize that employees are not just intended for doing all activities in the company. Managers must also include the welfare of employees in all aspects of employees, even though, these are not the main concern of managers.
