Large Flow of Water

In order to better organize the preventative measures for disaster relief, you have to have an accurate reading of what type of levels are possible for the larger channels to hold. If you plan for the worst you can better prepare in any circumstances. Large channels or bodies of water need flowmeters to be able to anticipate what the average flow is any situation. Up until recently there has not be a lot of research done to control the amount of flow and not necessarily control it but anticipate the amount that can come through if a disaster should happen in the area.
