Snoring can be caused by a myriad deeds.  If you are too thick then this will more than likely cause you to start snoring.  You being overweight puts a load on your neck which bars your airway which can become snoring. Click here if you smoke cigs then you will have snoring problems.  Being a sleep facing up at the topside covering brings on  to snoring.  When you visit the sandman not on your sides staring up at the ceiling your tounge will at times buckle backwards and sparsely clog your air passage.  This happening becomes  to snoring.   Becoming a senior citizen can again convert to snoring because as you become older  your trachea becomes extra limited. Medication you eat to get some sleep can convert to snoring because they simmer down your air passage muscles which may lead to a confining of your neck.
