The food we normally eat is rich in calories and fats which gets accumulated in our body, especially in our tummy resulting in a bulgy stomach. So, if you want to maintain your figure then you need to get rid of this bulge. Now you must be wandering that how you can do this so, here are very simple tips to get a flat stomach. The very effective way is to join a gym where you can do lot of exercises such as sit-ups, stretching and many more that will put up stress on your stomach. You can also go for yoga and, twister and ball exercises. But along with all this you have to maintain a diet chart that will have low calorie and fat content.
