Green Tea Benefits

Green tea is the original super food with thousands of years of history. It comes from a very pure form of tea, from the camella sinensis plant (tea plant). With this plant is young, it is harvested; there are a bountiful many green tea health benefits associated with taking green tea.
This ingredient is very well known for its huge antioxidant number. It is comparable ot acai berries and blueberries, and some results you should expect when taking green tea are boosted energy, slower aging, improved brain activity, and better circulation. Green tea has also been known to help fight cancer, so that’s also a very interesting topic. The main antioxidant in this substance is EGCG, and it helps to reduce high cholesterol. It allows the body to break LDL, which is the cause of heart attacks.
