How to exercise using a squat rack

Squat exercise is great for developing muscles; especially leg muscles. A squat rack is a great equipment to perform squats. Let’s see how to exercise using a squat rack. Place the barbell on the squat rack. Duck your head under it and place the barbell over your shoulders. Hold the bar on both ends. Keep your back straight and lift the barbell off the squat rack. Take a step back so that you can squat without the hindrance of a squat rack. Keep your feet wider than the shoulder width, arch your back and squat down till your quads are parallel with the floor. Now stand back up. Repeat this exercise to the desired number of reps.
