Include Green Tea into your diet.

For thousands of years other cultures have enjoyed the health benefits of drinking tea. America, as a culture has only recently seen the light for a good cup of tea and now are drinking different types of teas for different benefits. One tea that has taken the front seat in popularity is green tea. This tea is so popular because it holds many benefits to use, including an increased metabolism. Green tea is also thought to decrease your risk of cancer, and although it has not been proven there is certainly no risk in drinking the tea, so you might as well include it in your diet.
