Podiatry is a growing profession worldwide. More and more universities are opening podiatry courses and training more podiatrists. The scope of practice of podiatry is also growing worldwide. More and more countries are allowing podiatrists to do more advanced surgical procedures and giving podiatrists access to more and more advanced drugs for the management of foot problems. There are also more and more sources of information on the internet for podiatrists. There are many web sites available. The most visited podiatry site on the web is Podiatry Arena. This is an online forum that reports all the podiatry research and where the most podiatry discussion is carried out.
