Treating your Anxiety Problem

You know you have a problem and the doctor has confirmed it, you have anxiety disorder or generalized anxiety. You have probably had some of these in the past heart palpitations, hot flashes, a sense of choking, chills, dizziness, paralyzing fear, sweating, feeling completely detached from the world, trembling, nausea, fear of death, and even shortness of breath. These can be really scary feelings even if you do know what is going on that is why you need to find an anxiety disorder treatments that work for you maybe it is deep breathing or meditation, or avoiding caffeine or getting more rest at night.
