What are some of the panic attack symptoms? Dryness of the Mouth - During anxiety or panic attack, some body parts need fluid and one of the most obviously felt panic attack symptoms is dryness of the mouth as the fluids are diverted into those areas of the body. If you experience this symptom, simply suck sweets or take sips of water. Blanching of the Skin - During a fight or flight response, blood is diverted to the muscles to prepare the body for intense movement. Therefore, the fine blood vessels that are usually superficial to the skin receive lesser blood flow, causing the blanching discoloration.
