What is The Best Cardio Workout

Many people are curious as to what is best in regards of getting a full workout with just cardio. I personally would opt for intervals, no matter what the base (running, swimming, biking, etc) of the workout is  Swimming is more of a full body workoutthat will work everything from the little muscles in your feet to the big strong back muscles and everything in between. Your legs, arms, abs, etc will all be worked during a good swim. However when you run for an hour on the treadmill you will work mainly your legs and possible a few other things. This is why swimming can be a better workout than running on the treadmill is.
