An Assessor Can Evaluate Your Energy Consumption

When my husband and I decided to sell our home, we found out that we had to take care of some certifications in order for the sale to go through. We contacted an energy consulting company, and a BER Assessor came out to the house. We needed to make a few minor modifications, but they were easy to do and didn’t cost much. We also asked him to take a look at a house we wanted to buy, and he did. The house was in excellent shape, and didn’t need to have anything done to it. It was great to be able to take care of both of those issues!
