Growing Popularity of Themed Monopoly Sets

The board games that have been really popular in the past are appreciated in the same way today as well. Children are still crazy about Monopoly board games, and the franchise has expanded quite a bit. They are now available on the computer as well but the excitement you get while playing them in real time, face to face with someone else is tough to beat. 

Some of the new variations include city-specific Monopoly game boards — Monopoly was modeled after Atlantic City, NJ, by the way — and themes monopoly sets are becoming more popular. Among the most popular are Simpsons Monopoly and Disney Monopoly sets.
