Low Carb Creamcheese Dessert

Low carbing has been my life for years. There are many desserts I love to eat but  the ingredients may sound a bit strange! One of the most rich and satisfying desserts I love to have is a cheese cake type mixture that has the flavor and smoothness of a delicious cheesecake but has no sugar at all! The key to the success of this dessert is to use a hand blender. Take a half package of creamcheese (4 ounces ) and add to that three quarters cup of sourcream, pour some heavy cream over it and add 4 packets of artifical sweetener, then mix with the blender until its creamy.
