Michigan Modular Homes are constructed stronger and better

May 2nd, 2009

Manufactured homes in Michigan are built better and stronger than traditionally built houses. The reason for this is that they mush be transported to the job site. Not only are the major components nailed together, but a special strong adhesive is used to help the house hold up the rigors of the moving process. No conventially built house could withstand this without major damage done to the construction of the house.

Prefab homes constructed in Kalamazoo, Michigan manufacturing facilities have higher standards of inspections and quality control than conventionally constructed houses. They must pass more tests because they have to be moved by crane and secured to the made foundation. For this reason, Michigan Modular Homes are constructed stronger and better.
