My best friend’s husband was cheating

It never ceases to amaze me how one partner of a supposedly happy marriage could step out and have an affair without so much as a second thought about their spouse. And it really is something that happens more frequently than you think.

This was something I never gave a second thought to until one of my best friends caught her husband cheating with a long time family acquaintance. Obviously, this was an incredible blow considering she was not only betrayed by her husband, but by a trusted friend also. It just goes to show that anything is possible when it comes to infidelity. People just seem to throw all reasoning out the window and follow their urges with no regard to the consequences.
