Supra LockBox - Preferring the Latest Innovations

October 9th, 2008

What makes the latest designs of Supra lockboxes sleek and better-secured? Modern Supra lockbox designs come with a built-in tiny microprocessor in them so that for you to open it, you need to get hold of an electronic key – and the only way to get one is to become a member of the local Multiple Listing Service. All of the keys have a unique identifier – so when someone opens the Supra lockbox, the microprocessor inside it “registers” the agent who opened it. By rule, real estate agents are prohibited from letting another agent know or use their electronic key. Since the box is “reset” just before being placed on the door, any agent who opens the box can be identified – as well as the date and time they entered the house. The identity of the real estate agent who came by plus the time and date they entered your humble abode and other relevant information can be downloaded at the local MLS (Multiple Listing Service) Association.
