A theological schooling center must build up the qualities needed for church leaders as outlined in 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1 and the staff should pass along to pupils through illustration and principle. Likewise primary is the growth of men and women to be individual learners who read and think. A regular seminary will provide a plan fashioned to boost strategic scholarly research in an scholarly atmosphere that is devoted to excellence in scholarship, a biblical worldview, religious understanding, and social moral sense and all in the setting of God’s goodwill.
