The Fun Pastry Shoe Collection Can Be Dressy, Too

After high heels, there is no type of women’s shoe that is more feminine or delicate than ballet flats, even though they are essentially the opposite of heels. Ballet flats are also hands down the most comfortable women’s dress shoe. Vanessa and Angela Simmons were very smart, then, to extend their fun line of Pastry Shoes to include ballet flats. Unlike their sneakers, the “ballerina” shoes, as they call them, don’t mimic any certain kind of pastry. Instead, they come in all sorts of rich colors and are printed with various fruits like apples and blueberries that make the fillings in your favorite pastries. There’s even a sweet potato ballerina shoe that evokes warm thoughts of Thanksgiving and sweet potato pie.
