Back Pain And Sciatica and Health Care Insurance Coverage Issues

January 17th, 2010

Back pain in the lower back portion of the body is quite common among many people. Generally, lower back pain occurs for carrying too much weight at a time or for having a bad posture for a long period or for getting hurt on the lower back portion. However, if your back pain is not related to any of these, then it could be a symptom of some other hidden problem including appendicitis, kidney diseases, infection of pelvis and urinary bladders or ovarian disorder. The pain may be confined to the lower back portion or it may flow through the legs. In acute back pain, you might feel numbness in the region. The pain could also hinder your mobility. If the pain persists for more than 3 months, then it will be diagnosed as chronic, which might be difficult to cure. So check with your health care insurance provider to learn more.
