Only the Best Will Do

My wife has gotten into her head that she needs some work done on her face. I just do not see what she is talking about but she has been looking all over the place for the best plastic surgeons in Michigan. I do not want her to go to someone that is not in the top of their field. I told her that if she is determined to have work done that she has to go to the best. Money is just no object when it comes to something like this. I do not care how much I have to work.
