larger barrel than the Demarini CF3

Demarini’s 2010 line of baseball bats has some new names, but not much new in terms of functionality. There are some minor changes to their 2009 line. For example, they have added “Silver Trace” technology in their 2010 line-up. This technology claims to be a custom blend of carbon and the Silver Trace technology. Silver Trace is a bonding agent that adds strength to maximize the power transfer to the barrel of the bat. My opinion is that the hype is larger than the actual technology. It sounds more like they are attempting to make it seem that there’s something new happening at Demarini’s. The CF4 model has a slightly larger barrel than the Demarini CF3. They have also added a new choice in the low-priced composite category and have dropped the long-standing Vexxum.
