Purposes of Using Fat Gripz

However, grip training or using fat gripz can definitely impact most athletes, in terms of both the feature of their training programs and the type of results they achieve. Fat gripz are an exclusive training tool that simply wraps around dumbbells, standard barbells and cable attachments instantaneously converting them into thick bars.
