If you want a performance-oriented database, it is necessary that the job be carried out only by a competent database administrator. Besides a proficient database administrator, you will also need a specialist database programmer like Microsoft SQL Server, Sybase or Oracle. Failure to use database specialists during the phase of development can have negative repercussions.
